Hi @Ngearin  Fitbit batteries aren't meant to be replaced, but there are places online that will do it or sell just the battery. It won't be factory sealed if it's replaced and not sure if it's worth it.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

Hi @Ngearin - the issue may be the watch has been demagnetised so the charge cable won't lock  properly to the watch anymore?

If that is the case you may have to centre the charge cable manually and use a weight to keep it in contact.

Using a USB battery monitor (scroll to see an example) can help verify if you got it connected right.

May be take the charge cable with you for the next MRI! Lol
