Versa 4 black screen

Although I have tried holding down the button to restart my fitbit screen still haven't came on & its vibrating? What is wrong

Yes I did, it sync to my phone I feel the vibration but still the screen
won't come on. It's new & I only had it about 3months . I never had any
problems with the versa 2 smh

Hi @ValerieR62  - try double tap the watch and swipe in any direction.

 

If you get a display change the clock face from the phone Gallery tile, also try that if you still don't get a display, just in case.

 

Otherwise make sure to hold the button for at least 10 seconds and if the logo doesn't appear there is an issue.

 

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Hi @Mel_22 - if the suggested actions and recharging doesn't work, try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

 

Your watch is under warranty and can be replaced, if necessary.
