stopped working, no idea what to do. can feel a vibration when plugging in, I guess charging still works? but can't see the screen? tried to hard reboot as well with double pressing etc. can see the X sign but nothing after that.

Customer support team is yet to get back on the resolution. I have raised multiple times now. this is causing a lot of stress. my wife gifted me this for my birthday and she saved up for this, this is an expensive item for us and it just stopped working! very anxious with the delay in resolution. We want to return the product and get our money back.
