Versa 4 is tracking too many floors

Since the last update, my Versa 4 is counting the stairs incorrectly.  I may only have 5500 steps in one day but show 70 flights of stairs.  I've Uninstalled my app 3 times in the last 3 days and reset my watch back to factory settings .  Still way over logging my stairs.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team before here to report this issue. If the steps they've provided you did not work, please feel free to reach out to them again for further assistance. Since you've a ticket open with them, the best way to get your issue solved is to continue working with them.

Still incorrectly tracking stairs. I've only had 6000 steps today but it
shows I've done 57 flights of stairs when I've only done 6 or 7.

It's been weeks and no response to my issue.  I have been a Fitbit user for sooooo long I hate to leave but this issue is big and no one seems to care 

If the stairs are so unbelievably off,  How can I possibility trust the steps are even correct.   I'll be shopping for another brand fitness tracker.
