Versa 4 - black screen

My versa 4 has permanent black screen. I've tried reseting, but doesn't help. Battery is at 39% and buzzes when I hold the button.

Feel safe that I know how important it is for you to get your screen working again. I'm happy to help you in any way I can!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.
  4. Try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I'm not able to change the watch face from the app. It's giving me a "oops looks like there's no internet connection". I am connected, so I'm not sure why it's not working.

I have tried these. I have a black face. Need human support. What is the telephone number ?
