Ap isn't tracking bike rides on map

The ap on my phone used to track my bike rides with a map showing where I went.  It no longer does that? It doesn't give me a map at all? My bluetooth is on and so is my GPS. All my stats are showing on my watch but not on the phone ap? I do remember this happening years ago on an older model and I did call and speak to a representative but i can't find a number to call FitBit?

Hi @SteveBP.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  All the data is collected by the phone sensors when you track an activity on the app.  It doesn't matter what model Fitbit you use.  I know that there are some older posts about this feature not working correctly on iPhones.  I can't confirm because I don't use it.
