My watch has lost time. For a few days it was 15 minutes back and now its 25 minutes back. Why is thus happening and how can i fix it? Iv tried uninstalling the app and turning the watch off and then on to reset. Iv also checked my country settings. Any help?

Hi there, @cghhmoyle. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not showing the correct time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Did you already sync your Fitbit device? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
In addition, please make sure that your Versa 4 is up-to-date.
