Since last update, Sp02 has stopped working. When i check my daily readings it says I need to install the app. When I go into settings, it says the app is already installed. I have restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still reads the same. What can I do to correct?

Hello @Jennthomp and welcome to the Community. Are you referring to the Versa 4 firmware update or a Fitbit app update?

@Jennthomp I flagged your post to get a moderator's attention. I saw posts from other users, using different devices, that are seeing the same thing. All the devices are included in this firmware update.

Same is happening to my Versa 4, saying not installed. It's getting ridiculous, all the problems with syncing and fitbit. I changed from garmin and now thinking of going back.

Hi, I have a Versa 4, and it tells me I need to install the spo2 but I can't as it says "This app is not compatible with your device". If it's meant to be a feature with all Fitbits why isn't it compatible with mine?

This has been a problem for quite a while, im getting absolutely sick of the fitbit Versa4 and it's non productive ability to provide us the results it's supposed to. Perhaps a free upgrade to one that may work? I know I did not pay over $200 for something to just tell time. A lot of us have the need to have access to the data monitoring we paid for.

I updated the latest firmware upgrade for versa 4 two days ago and have not had a reading since. Yesterday I logged out of app and logged back in. Restarted my versa 4 and even deleted and reinstalled the app. Still no score this morning. Every update seems to result in a problem after updating.

Still saying not compatible with versa 4, I am seeing sp02 data now but sometimes it's skipping. I'm off to the UK shortly and hope it still works over there.

Same with me. Suddenly no oxygenation reading being taken. It looks like they have made a change and not tested it against working configurations. Naughty naughty. Let's hope they pay attention to the complaints and fix it quickly. It's frustrating when something is working ok and you get a bug like this suggesting you've done something wrong perhaps deleted an app when you've done nothing and can do nothing about it. (At least all windows devices round the world didn't stop working because you didn't test your new version of virus protection before rolling it out. Yes mistakes will happen. Come on Google lets have a fix for it. )
