Received my first Versa 4 on Sat Sept 24, by Monday Sept 26 it went blank. Would vibrate, but that was it. None of the suggested fixes worked. Sent it back and received replacement Fri Oct 21, by Mon Oct 24 went blank again. Would only vibrate. Again, none of the fixes worked. Sent it back and received the replacement on Mon Nov 14. Worked great until Mon Nov 21. went blank again and only vibrates. FitBit has been great in working with me and getting replacements. But, I get the feeling that there has to be a glitch with these or something. Any advice or help?

Hi @DMacAttack - it sounds like you have a charge cable problem. This is a common problem with the 4 prong magnetic charge cable. Get them to send you a replacement charge cable.
Note: the watches behave peculiarly when the battery level falls below 10%
See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Thought of that. My wife has a versa 3. Tried her charger, didn't work. Tried my charger on her watch and it charges hers.

@DMacAttack - did you remove all the plastic covers from the back of the watch? Check very carefully the holes on the back.

@DMacAttack - here is an example of a plastic cover that got left over the top right hole.

Clear of all plastic. My wife has not had one issue with hers. Hate paying that kind of money for something that only works for a short time.
