I got my Versa 4 for Christmas and yesterday I got a white screen on display then if you slide screen it’s a black screen with a blue circle . I’ve lost all my steps and everything. Please help troubleshoot!!!

Please restart your Versa 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Let me know if after trying the above you are able to see your data again on both, the Fitbit app and your Versa 4.
