Versa 4 syncing, Google Wallet, and app issues

I'm very disappointed in my new Versa 4 so far as it is not working well with my Android Samsung A12.

 

1. I can't add Google Wallet.

 

2. It keeps randomly un-syncing so I get no notifications. To solve this it appears I have to unpair and start the set up process again -  2 to 3 times a day.

 

3. I cannot add the apps I want to add to it.

 

I wish I'd bought a Fitbit for half the price because the extra I have paid was to have all these features on my fitness tracker. Which don't work.

Hi @Dance80  - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
