My verse screen suddenly went black
It was 74 percent charged and no lights on the back
It is less than a year and exposed to any water

Hi there, @peyton412. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4.

If the restart suggested by @Guy_ doesn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @peyton412 - it could have developed a fault or just need charging.

Try pressing the button for 2 seconds if it doesn't wake try charging.
