I bought a Versa4 2 months ago. 3 days ago the face went black. The watch still counts steps, heart rate, etc. but I can’t see anything on the face.

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. Have you already tried restarting your device to get things fixed? If not, please make sure you've synced your Versa 4 to not lose any data it has tracked so far. Then keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on your device's display.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
