Versa 4 blank screen

 How can I get my Versa working again. It started to do an update last night and then it went black and nothing since then. I have done the reset, it will vibrate. , no green lights, my phone can connect but the screen will not show anything including the 4 number code to pair. I uninstalled the app, and it has charged for over 12 hours. This feels excessively wasteful of my time and money as it is less than 90 days old.:(

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
