My screen went blank yesterday about an hour after charging it. I got it to come back up this morning and updated it but after the update it wasn't registering any parameters other than the time. Tried a reset with no help. I forgot device through Bluetooth and unsynced it from the app (as suggested on another forum), when I did screen went blank and I can not start it as a new device because it asks for a 4 digit pin that is inaccessible because the screen is blank and unresponsive. When I try to reset the watch I get the logo followed by a red x and nothing else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am having the same exact issue with the screen. It still appears to track steps but the screen remains black. If I charge it, it works until battery is around 53% then it goes black. Any ideas why this is happening?
