I've tried resetting it. At first there was haptic feedback when I pressed the button, but no fitbit logo. Now nothing. No feedback and still a black screen. I charged it all night. Please help. Thank you, Todd

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Actually, I deleted it from my app before reading your message. Still nothing, though. Black screen and no haptic feedback when pressing the button. I did swim the day it went out. It's supposed to be waterproof I thought. It's only about 2 months old. Any other suggestions?
