Versa 4 brightness not working properly

I have a NEW Versa 4. Immediately after switching it to MAX brightness… it reverts back to DIM. I’ve done everything. Sleep mode… restart… factory reset… choosing other clock faces.  Everything. As soon as I change it to max… it reverts back to dim.

Hi there, @Kldaisygirl. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the brightness settings on your Versa 4 won't stay to the max. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa and report it's not tracking your heart rate not sleep data, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
