During logged workouts my Fitbit will randomly stop tracking. It won’t even warn me ie pause I’ll just look down and it’s back at the Home Screen.
The workout will then show up in my exercise on the Fitbit app, but it’s frustrating to be missing out on part of my workout or to be having to log it numerous times.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community, @HS19809017.
Thanks for informing me about this situation with your Versa 4 stopping the tracking of your exercises while doing them, I can understand how you feel, I'll do my best to help you.
I recommend you to double check how you're wearing your Versa 4, check this article to see the correct way to wear it. Also, restart your Versa 4 before your next workout and check if this situation continues.

I found that you have to turn the “Auto Start” and “Auto Stop” features OFF for each exercise. Not all of the exercises that are tracked have these Auto Start/Stop features.
Swipe to the “Start Exercise” screen. Select “All” at the bottom. Then select your exercise (or do it for all exercises) and scroll down to each of the Auto Start/Stop features and make sure they are off.
