Versa 4 broken screen

There, is a burst in my Fitbit screen. How can I fix this? Fitbit itself works fine. 

I can't find any information on this topic.

I can't reach costumer service, do not have twitter.

Hi @Evely37 - try changing the clock face from the Fitbit App, Gallery tile and then hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and sync.

It may not ne a watch fault if the above clears it.

Ah, I mean the glass literally broke. The screen is just fine. And I can't find what to do. How can you fix the screen, I mean literally the glass itself.

@Evely37 - unles you have extended warranty with breakage coverage or some insurance it cannot be replaced or repaired unfortunately.

Check your household or credit card insurance.
