Versa 4 calculating steps double amount then really is.

Versa 4 calculating double the amount of steps then really taken.   My old fit bit was perfect.  This one calculates way over and heart rate not working correctly.  Both these issues have been happening since purchased in October.

Hi @Ltdegug - there is a possible explanation, in the Fitbit App go to the Devices screen, and remove the phone as a connected device, it would seem it is calculating steps from both the watch and the phone.
