Versa 4 cannot change the voice assistant or get text notifications

So far I am not impressed. It is not user-friendly, and when I look up instructions, they do not match the display on the watch or the app.I cannot change the voice assistant or get text notifications. I have tried all the instructions online.

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Versa 4. Sorry to know about the inconveniences that you are experiencing. 

Please keep in mind that Versa 4 uses Amazon Alexa as voice assistance. You can see more information here: How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch? 

 Regarding the difficulty with notifications,  please check whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

There is not an option in the app for voice assistant
