Recently bought a Versa 4. Charged it by attaching the charging cradle (with 4 pins) to the back of the watch and use it for a few days. When the battery was down to 25% I tried to use the charging cradle again to charge up the watch. But it would not stick to the back of the watch and kept sliding off. I called Fitbit and they said likely the magnet on the charger had worn off and they would send a new one. The service guy who spoke to me did not seem surprised that the charger was not working. Is this a problem anyone else has faced and is it perhaps a design defect that is endemic to the product?

Hi @Rammad - you are lucky to get a second reserve charge cable which you may need in future.
The problem with the charge cable not attaching is most likely due to it being attached with the wire on the wrong side. With magnets, opposite poles attract, same poles repel.
Try rotating the charge cable attachment with the 4 pins so the wire is on the side opposite the button (on the right side)
