My versa 4 does not update new face clocks when I try to change them. Only one clock face works even if I try to restart or update

To better assist you, may I know if the clock faces you're trying to choose are compatible with your Versa 4? Please note that Versa 4 does not support third-party apps or clock faces. For more information, see How do I update the clock faces on my Fitbit device?
On a side note, if you already have 5 saved clock faces, make sure to remove a saved clock faces before switching to a new one.
