I received my new Fitbit versa 4 yesterday after my much love versa 2 died and I just could not get on with an Apple Watch. Less than a day old and it keeps disconnecting from my phone, won’t work when I press the side button to light it up and I keep getting a weird green or white screen

 also get this weird screen and doesn’t respond or receive message notifications. Brand new versa 4 and nowhere near as good as my versa 2
