Versa 4 stuck on Fitbit logo

I bought my Versa 4 in January and yesterday out of nowhere it stopped working. The screen doesn't turn on but it's charging. It's only the logo I can see when I put it on charging. I am From Dehradun, India and unfortunately there are no service centres in my city of my country I suppose. How can I get it fixed ? I really need this to work, it's a nice watch.
