I bought a fitbit Versa 4 a few months as I loved by Blaze but it finally wore out after 7 years.
I also bought the extended warranty. Sunday the screen glass cracked, took it back to the place I bought if from only to be told it was not covered....... now having trouble find somewhere to get it fixed.
Cannot locate the NZ service phone number, its rather frustrating as I have always loved the fitbit products
any ideas

Hi @Susan.bilski Fitbit doesn't repair these devices and screen damage is often not covered by warranty, from the posts that I've seen on the forums. You can get with customer support and chat is considered the best way to contact them. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
Another thing you might want to consider - if you paid via credit card, the banking institution often has insurance on our products that we're not aware of until we ask. It can't hurt to contact them to see if they might help you out.
