I used to have a versa 3 that I had for years and when the watch was updated and destroyed the battery I thought I would give Fitbit another shot and bought a Versa 4. It worked great for about two or three weeks and then there was a app update and since then things have gone downhill again. First, the steps on my Fitbit and on the app are different and I have done everything that was suggested to sync them.... and it just gets out of sync by the middle of the afternoon. I complete 10 out of 10 Hourly Activity... Shows on my watch... But the app shows 9 out of 10. Finally since the app was updated I have to open and close the app at least three times anytime I want to sync, it says error cannot sync click here but nothing happens and I just have to keep open and closing the app. My question is, is it time to switch to another type of activity tracker?

Hi @Jennifer658 - syncing can be an issue with the new Fitbit App but also because of Bluetooth.
As a first step try removing the Versa 4 entries from the phone's Bluetooth, restart both watch and phone.
In the Fitbit App, click the device/battery icon and then Add more devices and replace, to ensure a new Bluetooth set up.
This may resolve your syncing issues.
There are other steps to try if this doesn't solve the problem.
