Bought a new Fitbit versa and set it up yesterday. Woke up this morning and no sleep data recorded even though I was wearing it all night?

This also happened to me! I just got my Versa 4 yesterday and set it up. It shows my sleep duration and stages but no score. Can you help?

Good morning! I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that it may take a couple of days/nights to gather enough information for a sleep score. Again, this is just iirc. If it doesn't work in a day or two, I'd reach support- or possibly someone else on here may have more accurate info. 🙂

I also have contacted the support team for this issue with the Versa4 and was told to leave comments on this community forum for consideration.
The Sp02 manual indicates that 3 hours of sleep are needed to record the data. When I do manage to get 3 hours of sleep, the Sp02 data is collected OK. But usually, I do not get 3 hours of continous sleep and often get up in the middle of the night after about 2-3 hours of sleep and then go back to bed for about another 2 hours.
I suggest that Fitbit change the sampling time for Sp02 to 1 hour of less.
Thank you.

More data from last night with longest sleep season at 3 hours and 42 minutes with intermittent 35 minutes of awake times over a total time of 4 hours and 17 minutes according to the Fitbit graph.
The result from my Sp02 reading was: "Could not read Sp02".
I suggest that Fitbit needs more work in getting this app to work properly to improve customer satisfaction.
Thank you.
