Versa 4 died after 1 year

Had the watch for 1 year, last week the watch face was doing some strange things. Charged it and the next day it was empty. Charged it again and it lasted for a week. Just recharged it and it died.

Hi @Williamsinwien - the Versa 4 was only available from September 2022 so if it has died it can be replaced under warranty but probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
