My Versa 4 continually dies after about 2 hours. I have to re-charge it but the App shows it was reasonably well charged prior to shutting down. Any advice?

Hi @Richard0152 - also look in the forum for others with the same problem of it shutting down when removed from charge.
If your watch has something like 80% charge when you start a charge after it shutdown that is a known firmware issue and a later version may resolve it.
(If ever the watch is near 0% when placed on charge after it shutdown in only 2 hours from full charge it likely has a fault.)
