Versa 4 keeps turning off

Fitbit versa 4 getting shutdown once disconnected from Bluetooth or away from phone. And on starting getting big red x.

I reset the watch, done factory reset but still face the issue. Can someone help?

Hi @Ankitans - did you try removing the Bluetooth entries from the phone and removing the watch from the account after the factory reset and logging out and in and starting setting up a new watch?

Yes, but issue still exists

@Ankitans - interesting, did you try logging out of the Fitbit app, swipe it off, and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, turn off Bluetooth and reboot the phone. Turn on Bluetooth and login again.

Look in the forums for other watches that shutdown when not on charge or at high battery levels ~80% which can be firmware bugs.

I’m having the same issue after an update. Versa 4 won’t do anything. It flashes the logo and then I get a white vertical line and then nothing. Not even feeling it vibrate and nothings happening when it’s charging

Help desk mention it is some glitch, can arrange for replacement
