Purchased Versa 4 a few months ago only to find the brightness :dim_button: does not work. Stuck on the dimmest setting. I returned it only to receive the same exact watch without repairs. The brightness :dim_button: still des not work. Very dim. I hate the fact I had to go without it for a week only to find they received my watch for replacement opened it, repackaged it & sent it back. I was ripped off. I don't have time to sit around calling Fitbit all day having to reset it, delete & reinstall only to prove they sent me a defective watch knowing they won't fix it or replace it. Lazy or a scam on their part. Have a strong feeling this s watch is going to die very soon not counting I can barely see the dim screen. This is my last Fitbit. After it dies I'm deleting my account.
