Versa 4 does not shut down, just reboots instead

not really much to say, except that it just boots up again after going through the menu to shut down.

Author Edit: the subject was not clarified. the Problem is that if I try to shut it down through the menu, it just boots up, rather than staying off like it should.

Hi @My1xT - I had this too, if it stays up long enough, try changing clock face from the Fitbit App. It may help, as sometimes shutdown while on charge will do.

A factory reset might be the only other option but it may come back again. If you start a factory reset leave the watch for 5 minutes to allow time to complete.

does a sideloaded clockface get deleted in the process and I have to reload from PC? or can I change back to it from the app?

@My1xT - you can store upto 5 clock faces in your profile and switch between them, syncing is necessary to complete the operation.
