Versa 4 doesn't show peak zones

I've got a new Versa 4. I've been consistently going to Les Mills Grit Cardio classes which are really intense Tabata style HIIT classes for an hour a couple of times a week. I work really hard and can see my heart rate should be logging peak times in the chart, but it never does? It doesn't log it whenever I do intense cardio. What's going on?

@EmilyLH2024 Is this what you are missing? You are seeing the graph but your heart rate isn’t reflecting the time in peak?

Because it’s HIIT, I wonder if the Versa 4 is just struggling with the up and down of your heart rate. So instead of recording peaks and valleys, does it look more steady across?

Thanks for replying 🙂 I'm not sure I have the same view as the screenshot you've kindly shared? It looks familiar, but for some reason I couldn't find it. I've attached this morning's workout. I did one HIIT class ans then one Tabata weights/HIIT sort of class. I felt like I was working at absolute maximum effort so expected to see peak but nothing? It doesn't even seem to reflect the time in cardio?

@EmilyLH2024 Check your heart rate settings. You can get there by tapping the profile picture in the app in the right hand corner. Then tap Fitbit settings and then heart rate. See how your heart rate zones are set. You may want to set a custom heart rate zone if you don’t feel it’s being accurately recorded.

For some reason I have a custom max heart rate, but I’ll be updating mine. My max heart rate is definitely not 160.
