My sleep will show in the app daily for the most part but when I look on my watch it says there is no data. I wear it daily and only take it off to shower and charge. Not sure why this is happening.
Also, I would like to add a couple apps like a calculator and a counter. However, every single app I look at says it is not available. Even if it says it's a paid app, it says not available. How are there so many apps and there's nothing I can use? I got a larger watch so I could use clock faces and apps. I'm not very happy with this one.

Hi @loveslave46176 - the Versa 4 does not support apps that's why none can be loaded.
You need the latest version of the Fitbit app to transfer the sleep data from the Fitbit App to the watch, as it doesn't have the capability to do it itself.
if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Thank you. I didn't seem to read that in any of the information when I was deciding on which one to go with about the apps. Seems a bit odd to me.
And everything is up to date.
