My versa 3 stopped working yesterday suddenly without any reason. I bought the versa 4 today as it was the same price as the versa 3.
I wish I had done more research before my purchase otherwise I would have stuck with the three as you don’t appear to have the ability to add third party apps.
I don’t think I can now take it back and switch it for a three - I though it would be an upgrade but for what I like such as my Parkrun barcode this can not be added.
lesson learned and then next watch I get I’ll definitely do the research and co pare outside of Fitbit. Very disappointed.

Hi @Annod586 - If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
