Hi! I just got a new Fitbit since yesterday, a Fitbit Versa 4. When starting a hiking (or cycling or running) training and including GPS, it keeps saying that there is no GPS signal.
I tried every solution as found on the Fitbit site and this community. But nothing seems to solve this issue. Yes, GPS location for the app is turned on.

@NicoleRoffa Welcome to the Fitbit community!
Sad to hear that your new Versa 4 isn't working as expected. If you've already tried restarting it by pressing and holding the side button for 10 seconds without success, there might be technical issues with your device. Hence I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:

I've been in contact with them, but no luck.

@NicoleRoffa Just to be sure: If you're doing one of the exercises you mentioned above, you're getting a red GPS indicator like this?

When starting a training, I first see a white/grey indicator and a minute or so later it turns red.

@NicoleRoffa When you've tried restarting your Versa 4 by pressing the side button for 10 seconds, and if you aren't getting GPS reception on your Versa 4 in open field while GPS on your phone is working, I can't see another option than your Versa 4 having technical issues.

That is a bummer. I only got this Fitbit since thursday.
This Versa 4 doesn't have the option to use the gps from my phone yes? Just like Versa 2 does!
