Versa 4 don't support third party apps

I can’t believe I purchased this Fitbit.   Not compatible with Spotify or any kind of music.  Also not compatible with weather apps   Don’t buy and spend extra 50 on an iwatch.    Unreal fitbit.      Disappointing smartwatch!!!!

As you know, third party apps cannot be installed on Versa 4 or Sense 2 as on other Fitbit devices. I understand why this might be helpful. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4.

Hi @Gizmo60 - if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
