My experience with Versa 4

Using IOS.

I have looked through everything. Every bit of information to see if there’s any fix for the issues… there are not.

Starting with first of all such a laggy display for a modern smartwatch priced at 200 pound. 

Secondly; Why is it being advertised that it works with Spotify. It does not. False advertising and honestly wish Fitbit would be honest with their customers for once.

Lastly, the brightness. Multiple new Fitbit Versa 4 models, not a single one working correctly. There is an auto adjust glitch which you cannot turn off. I’ve tried the DND, sleep mode and night mode. None of it works. It’s just a terrible buggy firmware that many other people seem to be struggling with, while Fitbit push their premium subscription instead of dealing with these issues.

What a let down.

Hi @ethan111 - if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

Prior models are more refined and have features this watch doesn't.
