Versa 4 erratic heart rate

According to my versa 4 my heart rate went from 90 to 130 to 80 to 110 in less than 2 seconds.  I had just finished washing dishes when it started jumping.  Don't know if it's glitching like crazy or my heart went bonkers.

I understand your concern, and I'm happy to help.

Unexpected jumps in heart rate measurements can sometimes happen. If you were washing dishes, it's possible that water droplets on the heart rate sensor affected the reading. Try thoroughly drying your device and cleaning the sensor.

This should resolve the issue.
