Versa 4 and app not syncing

Suddenly today nothing is working/syncing between my Versa 4 watch & my fitbit App & don't know how to rectify. I paid a lot of money for this. & where is Fitbit transparency in dealing with this it looks like the plug has been pulled & nothing working. It's been fine since Jan 2025 when I purchased this. I has a Charge 2 b4 but it's broken
