Versa 4 exercise app doesn't work

Hey, does anyone experiencing the same issues with the exercise app? It's simply doesn't open. 

I restarted device several times, still no results. It's been a while already, but can't find any troubleshooting info about it.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry about this difficulty with your Versa 4 and for trying to fix it on your own. I'd like to know if the same happens with other apps? 

Please try the following steps in the given order:

  1. Forget your Versa 4 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap the upper left corner icon > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Versa 4, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Once the process is completed, try opening the Exercise app one more time.
