Versa 4 exercise won't update on Trainerize app

My exercise is showing on the fitbit app but is not showing on the Trainersize app. Steps are pulling through but not exercise I.e. walking on the Trainersize app, this has been since Friday last week. I've revoked access then connected again. I've deleted the Trainersize app ans installed again, disconnected the apps from each other. I've also restarted my Versa 4 but still nothing. Any ideas?
