Versa 4 flashes the Fitbit logo and red X

My versus 4 not working was switching off its self even when fully charged I have followed all the tips .....factory reset etc 

Now just flashes logo then red cross :cross_mark:️ 

I have spent days following all instructions making sure it had a good time charging but no joy 

Seems to be a problem a lot of people have on reading the forum 

Help

Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty with your Versa 4. Please confirm that you have followed the steps listed below:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

I have done all steps and noting is working can't get it to turn on when it
does seem like it is going to come back on there is a flashing fitbit sign
red cross then nothing.
