Versa 4 freezes randomly

Hi, my Versa after a few hours just freezes .... stops displaying anything ... and when I press any button it justr displays the fitbit logo .... when I put it back in the charger (even for just just one minute) it unfreezes .... the battery level says its fine so I dont think thats the issue .... any help guys (because its really unusable now) .... thanks

Hi there, @Wimbledonhenryk. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 4 is freezing randomly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this! 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi there .... I've tried all these things and unfortunately it continues to freeze .. to unfreeze i just plug it into the recharger, only for a matter of seconds, and then the screen comes back to life ...... is there any clock face that I should use ? any other help ?

and actually when  I chose a random clock face ... it failed the sync "Unable to connect to Device"  but everything should be fine!

and further the clock face sync froze .... and so I plugged it into the charger for 5 seconds and hey presto the new clock face appeared ......15:42 was when it synced (I am going to monitor how long it takes before it freezes again)

Hi so I did contact support and through a 2hr chat I may have made some progress, deinstalling device, reinstalling app, hard restart of watch ... etc.... I will monitor how it goes ...... unfortunately now it seems I'm in a position where I cannot change any watch face .... wondering whether anyone has come across that issues

Unfortunately my Versa4 still freezes and I no longer can change the clock face via the app........ so I am really in a bad position .... any advice would be helpful
