Versa 4 freezing

My Versa 4 keeps freezing and even when holding down the button nothing happens, it eventually comes back but sometimes is ten minutes behind. I only got this last November and haven’t done anything extreme with it - help!

Please, confirm that you have restarted the device as indicated in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
