I am left-handed so I wear my watch on my right hand. I was working out and had my hand/wrist in a weird position and felt my Versa 4 start buzzing repeatedly but was holding a position so ignored it. Now my watch is unresponsive. I held the button down like everyone says to do and it instantly acted like I was setting up a new Versa 4. I said no because I didn't want to set up a new watch however I couldn't get the watch to connect in order to change the watch face like suggested. Again, the screen went blank and was unresponsive. I rebooted it again by holding down the button and when my phone offered to set up my Versa 4 I said yes this time. It will get as far as the pairing code, but since my screen is black and unresponsive I am unable to see a pairing code. I feel like this is a glitch thing. I reached out to FitBit chat and they just offered me a 35% off code. I can get the Versa to turn on, flash the logo like 15 times, do the red x, and then it shows the logo and goes to black. After that it does nothing. No buzzing. No response to the button. Nothing unless I hold the button down again. I feel like there has to be a fix for this. Since I am not really in a financial place to replace it I want to use that as a last resort. I have tried the reboot and once it starts to reboot hold down the button again, and nothing happened. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I have exported my data and then deleted it. I have done everything I have read in a forum or watched in a YouTube video and nothing has helped. Any ideas of what I could try next?
