Yesterday I ran my first 10k and my tracker is showing it as if I’ve done 11,48k.
This was a serious city race so I know for a fact it was indeed 10k and I made sure to start and finish the tracking at the gates.
How can I solve this? Is it just my versa 4 or are other people having the same issue?

@SunsetRunner Unfortunately, tall buildings in a city can get in the way of GPS tracking and interrupt the signal. It happens sometimes. Your Versa 4 uses dynamic GPS, meaning if you have your phone with you, it will use your phone's GPS signal which preserves battery life. Mine is a week old and every walk or run that I have done this week has come up at least a mile short. Seriously considering sending it back and sticking with the Versa 3 I was using before.

Same. Had to give up my Versa 2 because the display was messed up, they gave me a discount code to get a 4. My mileage is off by at least half a mile. I don’t know how to fix it and have been looking for answers.
