Versa 4 is a downgrade from the Versa 3

I got the Versa 4 from my insurance OTC allotment to replace the Versa 3 that I had for 2 years . I was very pleased with the functionality and all the apps that were available so I get the Versa 4 in the mail and there are NO compatible apps for the new watch . I loved having the ability to keep a flashlight and Medical ID info on my Versa 3 , but they are no longer available for the Versa 4 ? What a downgrade , very disappointed in the step backwards with the "new" Versa 4 . It is like Google said "hey , lets make it even cheaper , and not include all the features the old model had" . What makes this more annoying to me is it was bought through my OTC allotment and as far as I know it is non returnable , otherwise I would be sending it back .

Absolutely agree. I bought the versa 4 after researching the versa 3 for ages. Then saw the 4 on sale so thought I’ll buy the newest model not expecting of course that the ‘upgrade’ would have considerably less features and usability than the prior models considering its higher price point (my bad but there’s no logic to that). For the money, it feels a bit sneaky not acknowledging clearly that they no longer have many of the features the previous models had.

Hi @dring219 - you need to check, Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support to verify or the source it came from.
