Versa 4 no longer syncs unless I physically pull down on App. As of today despite removing and reinstalling App, restarting phone, toggling on and off Bluetooth, hourly steps are no longer syncing. Versa 4 firmware is up to date as is App and iPhone. Really frustrating!

Hi @SunsetRunner - did you also restart the watch and sync manually?
Versions of the new V4 Fitbit App are notorious for constantly dropping the connection with the watch requiring user intervention to get it syncing properly temporarily.

I am finding I need to restart my phone at least twice a day to get the app working, also have only ever received notifications on my watch once since I had it as a Christmas present.
Is it the app or the watch do you think?

Hi @Lorrie333 - see the post before yours, but also pull down the watch face and make sure all icons are off.

Thanks Guy, I have turned off the icons and there doesn't seem to be an update available to me but I have only had it a month so was probably updated before I began. Thanks for the help I'll see how it goes
